Job Description
Work closely with Country Home Loan Officers and Underwriters to process residential loans. Analyze verified credit and financial information. Use Desktop Underwriter to submit loan changes within delegated lending authority. Assume primary responsibility for completion of loan process using Farm Credit Services of America software. All loans must be processed within established Fannie Mae and/or Farm Credit Services of America guidelines. Responsible for establishing work priorities and assuring quality, timely service is provided to external and internal customers.
