Career Opportunity: Insurance Program Coordinator

FCC Services is currently searching for an Insurance Program Coordinator. This position reports to the Director, Risk Management & Insurance Programs and provides data entry and administrative support to programs and projects provided to individuals or groups of Farm Credit System entities and others. The Insurance Program Coordinator interacts with brokers and personnel within the organization and the System as required.
v Assists with maintaining Lenders Single Interest database in STARS.
v Assists with quarterly audit and deposit reports for LSI and Owned Property.
v Work with Manager, Risk Management Programs to act as backup for owned property database.
v Collects and manages information for Auto Physical Damage, Leased Property and Vessel insurance.
v Sends quarterly Leased and Vessel updates to Broker.
v Receives updated auto information from the System and updates the information on the spreadsheets on the shared drive.
v Works to resolve any DMV issues that arise with our customers.
v Works with IT Manager on implementation and testing of different reports in STARS .
v Assists with developing revised systems.
v Assists the Director and Senior Vice President, as well as others in the department in various administrative matters.
v Assist customers with flood insurance needs; requires the ability to obtain an insurance agent license
v Assist with Captive meeting preparation, including document distribution.
v Issues automobile ID cards and certificates of insurance, as required.
v Prepares, gathers and organizes required rate and deductible forms and spreadsheets.
v Distributes the Workers Compensation Notices to Post.
v Bookmarking the policies to be placed on the website.
v Maintaining the filing systems for the department's programs and the Captive.
v Maintaining adequate office supplies for RMIS group and orders office supplies for individual and group needs.
v Answers customers’ questions about policies as needed.
v Supports the department in the development and review of premium allocation spreadsheets.
v Provides administrative support to the Manager, Risk Management Accounts, as required, including development and review of premium allocation spreadsheets.
- Preparing annual premium billing spreadsheets, including adding exposure data and loss data by line of business, by System entity.
- Mailing out annual Captive tax information statements to all System entities by March 1 of each year.
- Mailing out annual Captive savings distribution checks to all System entities by April 15 of each year.
- Tying out Bank of New York Captive investment holding statement to Opus Captive investment holding statement on a quarterly basis, as available.
- Performing other similar duties as assigned or deemed necessary.
v Strong Microsoft Suite skills, testing will be required
v STARS Database skills would be ideal
v Insurance experience a plus
v Team player, positive attitude a must
