Job Description

AgSouth Farm Credit, ACA has a Paralegal/Executive Assistant position open in its Spartanburg, SC Administrative Office. Employee will report to Association General Counsel.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing a broad range of administrative support services, preparing routine and specialized documents and correspondence, performing paralegal work, assisting in legal and/or factual research and analysis, and drafting of documentation.

A Certificate of Completion from an American Bar Association approved paralegal program and two years of experience preferred, though other combinations of related training and experience will be considered. Employee must be proficient in computer operation, taking dictation, and knowledge of online legal research tools. Effective oral and written communication skills are a necessity. Employee must be able to complete work with speed and accuracy, work well with others, and maintain confidentiality of privileged information obtained in the course of work.
