Job Description: 

Education and Experience Requirements:

This position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, with an Associate's degree preferred, and at least one year of related office experience performing similar functions.  Proficient in generating highly accurate work, organizing and prioritizing duties to meet deadlines and some knowledge and experience with basic accounting skills and procedures are preferred qualities. 

 

Job Purpose and Scope:

Establish, develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships with internal/external customers, prospects, and visitors to the branch office by providing a consistent quality level of service, which is timely, thorough and responsive to customer expectations.  Handle daily customer monetary transaction processing needs, and responsible for branch office monetary accounting activities and funds deposit.  Provide general support for the branch office team.  Work in a team environment to accomplish goals.

 

Essential Functions:
This position performs  general clerical duties and assists with loan servicing, preparation of loan documents, closing and legal/security documents.  Answers phone, greets visitors and answer inquiries, initiates correspondence and prepares reports.  Coordinates workflow with branch office and perform loan accounting functions.  Proficient in written and verbal communications, as well as interpersonal skills.  Proficient in use of PC, including email, word processing and spreadsheet software.

 

Working Relationships:
Frequent interaction with customers, association departmental staff and management. Occasional interaction with association senior management, CEO, and/or board of directors. Frequent interaction with area professionals including real estate agents, commercial bankers, and others who deal with the association in the normal course of business.
