Job Description

Farm Credit of New Mexico, ACA – Branch Manager, located in Roswell, New Mexico, grade and salary commensurate with education and experience.  Responsible for managing and directing activities of an Association Branch Office.  Supervises activities in all functional areas including credit quality, loan servicing, marketing, credit personnel administration and budgeting.  Assures branch office compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.  Accountable for the achievement of Branch goals and objectives.  Represents the Association to outside groups and is active in community relations’ activities.  Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business administration, finance and banking, economics or a related field.  Experience of approximately 10-12 years in lending including 5 years of supervisory experience in operations, marketing and personnel administration.  Knowledge of credit principles, procedures, and policy, production agriculture; supervisory techniques; marketing programs, and related services.  Ability to develop plans, budgets, and other required reports, and make recommendations; select and retain qualified staff; motivate employees; administer programs, act immediately to solve problems; relate to Association customers.  Ability to travel on a moderate basis in performance of job.  Interested candidates should submit a resume to:  Georgiana Contreras, Director, Human Resources, Farm Credit of New Mexico, ACA, P.O.
