Position will assist Northwest FCS’ by providing high quality, profitable and constructive credit, and related services to customers in the Agribusiness portfolio. Works with a team in establishing customer relationships. Maintains a high level of proactive portfolio management including; credit analysis, loan structuring, document review and negotiations, loan administration and servicing on large and complex loans. This includes coordination of loan origination and servicing through the Large Loan Committee processes and Capital Markets.
Assists in the development of staff through effective communication of Association objectives, delegation of responsibilities and prioritization of workload to assist team in meeting objectives. Participates in assigned industry teams or task forces as requested. Through actions, provides excellent customer service and creates a positive image of the Association to customers and others.
Position requires Bachelor's degree in business or ag-related field and a minimum of five years experience in lending. Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a focus on quality is required. Agricultural background preferred. Successful completion of Northwest FCS’ Credit Training Program is required.
