The Tempe Branch currently provides lending services to approximately 533 customers averaging about $530 million of commercial and mortgage loans, with managed assets averaging $680 million. Major enterprises financed include dairies, cotton, hay, and beef cattle.
The Vice President & Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of large, complex commercial and real estate loans; managing credit quality, credit administration and portfolio performance; and for promoting and facilitating the placement of related products provided by the Association’s Agribusiness Financial Services Department. Assists Vice President & Branch Manager with branch human resources development and appropriately trained to excel at their job duties, provided opportunities for career development and who are provided with constructive feedback and recognition on their job performance. Serves as Branch Manager in the absence of the Vice President & Branch Manager.
