The Portfolio Servicing Specialist I, AGB (Agribusiness) is generally responsible for assisting with title due diligence and loan servicing in the Corporate Region.


  1. Services loan portfolio consisting primarily of Agribusiness loans.
  2. Establishes and maintains accurate and complete member files to insure documentation is complete.
  3. Keeps relationship managers, analysts and appraisers informed of updates and compliance with pre- and post-loan closing requirements, including covenant reporting, loan servicing, insurance requirements, etc. 
  4. Collects and distributes reporting requirements and other necessary information in a timely manner.  
  5. Assists Corporate credit staff with account servicing and monitoring of loan portfolio including disbursements and deposits, pre-loan closing and post-loan closing requirements.  
  6. Provides assistance with title due diligence process for Agribusiness loans, including initial title review, processing requests for partial releases, exchanges, additions, leases and easements, and maintaining current information in file.
  7. Assists with and participates in special projects. 
  8. Prepares written correspondence and proof reads various credit documents as requested.  
  9. Provides clerical support.
  10. Perform other functions assigned.


  1. AA/AS degree with emphasis on business or high school diploma with at least three years experience performing technical, administrative, or accounting duties in a related field. 
  2. Demonstrated ability to generate highly accurate work.
  3. Demonstrated analytical skills to evaluate, prioritize and categorize data in various formats. 
  4. Must be proficient in multi-tasking, organizing and prioritizing work to meet deadlines.
  5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  7. Proficient in the use of PC, including e-mail, word processing, and electronic spreadsheet software; specifically, Microsoft Word and Excel. 


Must have the ability to perform basic office tasks and work in a typical office setting. Employee will be sitting for extended periods of time and accomplishing work at a desk and work at a computer for an extended period of time. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills to adequately convey ideas and work well with a team. Ability to talk and hear, sit and use their hands and fingers, and reach in all directions is essential in performance of the job. Some lifting and moving of items up to 25 pounds required. Work during established business hours and may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
