We are looking for: 3 LOAN PROCESSORS for our GROWING team in WICHITA KANSAS
We have 3 openings for Loan Processors in our Wichita office. We are seeking a detail-oriented go-getter to be a part of the newly formed Express team. The Express Loan Processor operates in fast-paced team environment with an emphasis placed on an exceptional customer experience. Duties Include:
1. Review loan files for completeness, including loan approvals, title reports, appraisals, entity documents, applications and supporting information. Prepare requests and/or correspondence to obtain information or required documentation.  Input all required data into the loan origination and related systems. 
2. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
3. Review loan documentation according to loan request and approval for standard Express loan packages.   
4. Respond to requests for information and assistance.  Ensure customer service is maintained at a high level at all times.   
5.  Request UCC searches, certificates of good standing, obtain and verify insurance, request title searches and/or commitments and review upon receipt.
6. Establish and maintain electronic member files as required.  Recognize discrepancies in instructions and noncompliance with policies and procedures and respond appropriately. Request clarification and supporting documentation from credit staff and appraisers as needed.  
7. Comply with Association policies and procedures and ensure that daily workflow assignments are completed.
8. Strong communication within the Express Division (Underwriting, Processing and Documentation) regarding prioritization and workflow.
9. Perform other functions assigned. 
 
Typical Education and Experience: 
1. High school diploma, plus at least two years of post-high school education or equivalent. Bachelor's preferred, but not required.
2.  Related office experience performing similar functions is preferred.
3.  Demonstrated ability to generate highly accurate work, HAVE A GREAT ATTITUDE, and work in a team environment.
4.   Knowledge and experience with basic bookkeeping skills and procedures.
5.  Proficient in organizing and prioritizing work to meet deadlines.  
6.   Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills. Relationships are key in our department, so you MUST be able to relate to others.
7.   Proficient in the use of PC, including e-mail, word processing and electronic spreadsheet software.
 
Job Requirements: 
Must have the ability to perform basic office tasks and work in a typical office setting. Employee will be sitting for extended periods of time and accomplishing work at a desk and work at a computer for an extended period of time. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills to adequately convey ideas and work well with a team. Ability to talk and hear, sit and use their hands and fingers, and reach in all directions is essential in performance of the job. Some lifting and moving of items up to 25 pounds required. Work during established business hours and may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
