Job Description

As a key member of the finance team, you will be a part of AgriBank’s mission to support the people who feed the world. In this role, you will administer AgriBank’s District financial planning, budgeting and reporting processes that utilize Oracle Hyperion. You will be the subject matter expert to both internal and external clients, will provide application support and maintenance and controls to Hyperion, and will develop and manage business service relationships with District associations. Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, technology or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in financial reporting and/or financial systems analysis
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job


    Required Knowledge and Skills

    Demonstrated, progressive experience and skills in the following areas:

  • Expert knowledge of Oracle/Hyperion applications (including Essbase and Planning)
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office including Access
  • Skill in utilizing Power Point and Excel
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence Foundation Suite; Oracle Smartview, Oracle User Productivity Kit, Oracle Data Relationship Management, Oracle Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition
  • Working knowledge of business planning processes
  • Working knowledge of internal control concepts
  • Working knowledge of loan and other accounting systems
  • Working knowledge of accounting standards, processes and procedures
  • Oral and written communication skills, sufficient to exchange information effectively with peers, supervisor and customers
  • Skill in utilizing a systematic approach to problem solving
  • Skill in listening and conveying awareness of a customer's problem or issue to find resolution
  • Skill in analyzing information to formulate logical and objective conclusions
  • Skill in analyzing, integrating and documenting the business needs of stakeholders
