Job Description

Lending Support Specialist - Kingfisher

Position Summary:  Performs general clerical and administrative duties and assists with loan servicing, preparation of loan documents, closing and legal/security documents, including assisting with loan closings. Answers phone, greets visitors and answer inquiries and resolves routine problems; initiates correspondence and prepares reports. Establishes relevant files, processes loan payments and maintains a variety of loan records and completes required data entry.  Coordinates workflow with Branch and Administration and perform loan accounting functions.

Minimum Qualifications:  High School diploma or equivalent with Associate degree preferred, and at least one year of related office experience performing similar functions.   Demonstrated ability to generate highly accurate work.  Knowledge and experience with basic accounting skills and procedures. Proficient in organizing and prioritizing work to meet deadlines.  Skill in oral, written and interpersonal communication; proficient in personal computers and related software including email, word processing and spreadsheets.  Regular attendance is required on this job, with the ability to work a full 8 hour day.
