Job Description

As a key member of SunStream, a division of AgriBank, you will lead a cross-functional IT Service Desk team that provides tier 1 and 2 technology services, including hardware and software support, account management and business application support. Additionally, you will develop and establish best practices, processes, and procedures to meet or exceed customer service levels. Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree in computer science, business or related field
  • 8 years of related experience
  • 5 years of supervisory experience
  • ITIL Certification preferred
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job

     

    Required Knowledge and Skills

    Demonstrated, progressive experience and skills in the following areas:

  • Working knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals
  • Working knowledge of network infrastructure and concepts
  • Skill in listening and conveying awareness of a customer's problem or issue to find resolution
  • Oral and written communication skills, sufficient to exchange information effectively with peers, supervisor and customers
  • Working knowledge of Business Applications
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to enforce the adherence to processes
  • Working knowledge of department standard operating procedures
  • Skill in writing reports on hardware, software and application support issues
  • Skill in gathering, compiling and organizing information
  • Skill in selecting, managing, coaching, motivating, mentoring and developing a Technical Support team
  • Skill in utilizing Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook to increase efficiency and/or effectiveness
  • General skill working in database configurations
  • Skill in planning and coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders
