Title: Sr. Client Education Specialist
Office Location: Open

Position Overview: This position develops and manages the overall client programmatic education strategies and tactics for Compeer Financial. The Sr. Client Education Specialist is responsible for the full life cycle of client education program offerings and drives execution plans throughout this process. The individual must work across functions, develop and maintain strong working relationships, seek input and support and influence others in support for the strategy and execution road map, along with representing the client education programs externally and internally, including communications, management updates and collaboration with the sales team.  

Successful candidate:  

  • Identifies, develops, plans, manages, facilitates and evaluates client education program initiatives and activities related to the agriculture industry and Compeer Financial’s business products that can be executed and scaled across Compeer’s territory.
  • Directly facilitates or conducts client education programs, workshops and seminars.
  • Develops client education materials and presentations.
  • Selects, coordinates and evaluates speakers that enhance client education programs.
  • Develops and tracks client education reporting, including budget management, participation and other relevant information.
  • Facilitates training facilities, audio/visual needs, accommodations, meals, and activities for workshops and seminars.
  • Suggests new topics, investigates and provides all required research, data and materials for the purpose of training program development.
  • Works with even specialists in marketing to execute on programs as appropriate.
  • Assists with other client activities, as requested.  

Successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, human resources, education or  other related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing, training, adult education or other related experience.
  • Desire experience in agriculture and financial services environments.
  • Knowledge of Compeer Financial's products and services.
  • Knowledge of learning and development practices and methods, including knowledge of theories, principles and practices of adult learning, and virtual learning tools.
  • Advanced interpersonal, communication (written, verbal and presentation), client service and facilitation skills to quickly establish client rapport and effectively present information to clients.
  • Must possess excellent planning, organization, project management, time management and decision making skills.
  • Analytical ability with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at one time in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong proficiency in computer software applications including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.), meeting registration software and other industry-related programs.
  • Ability to drive with valid driver's license.
  • Occasional travel with possible overnight stays.
