Job Description...

This position will report to the Assistant Vice President – Credit in the Commercial Lending Unit and will provide credit analysis expertise on large and complex agricultural loan requests to help ensure sound comprehensive decisions are made in the credit approval and monitoring process.


Primary Responsibilities...

  • Prepare financial analysis and loan narratives on large and complex agricultural loan requests with a strong emphasis on the dairy industry.
  • Assist the Commercial Lenders with loan origination, servicing and monitoring.


    Position Requirements...

  • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business administration, finance, or related field.
  • Relevant analytical, communication and problem-solving experience.
  • Must be methodical, consistent, and capable in loan analysis.
  • Possess strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • General knowledge of loan products and credit operations as well as farm production methods, products and farm business management.
