Job Description

Fresno Madera Farm Credit is searching for a self-motivated, highly driven individual to join our fast pace team environment. The Operations Analyst will work independently and also as part of a team to manage a variety of companywide projects. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will perform the following critical tasks:
Project Management
1. Participates in group strategy development, implementation, review and revision processes and methodologies.
2. Responsible for the management of post-meeting actionable items. Creates a work plan, identifies responsible parties and conducts necessary follow-up.
3. Collaborates with Executive Management Team.
4. Establish status reporting templates and executive overview templates for various stakeholders.
5. Utilize project management tools and templates to ensure consistent and efficient processes throughout organization.
6. Establish clear project scope and timelines, defining quality standards, project capacity, resource planning, while estimating and tracking project costs efficiency.
Administrative Support
1. Accept responsibility for ongoing and periodic administrative tasks related to CEO and Board support.

1. Outstanding customer service skills to promote and support a service-oriented culture.
2. High level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 Suite. Experience in Microsoft Project a plus.
3. Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
4. Strong work ethic and commitment to take ownership of responsibilities, work independently, and seek guidance when appropriate.
5. Consistently accurate, and attention to detail.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
 Bachelor’s degree
 Minimum 5 years experience supporting a C-level executive or Board of Directors preferred.
 3-5 years of project administration/coordination experience with an emphasis on supporting
project management in a fast-paced environment.
 PMP certification preferred
