Jeff Swanhorst is Executive Vice President, Credit, and Chief Credit Officer for AgriBank, one of four wholesale banks within the Farm Credit System that serves a 15-state region in the Midwest and has assets of over $82 billion. Jeff is currently responsible for all credit functions including Wholesale Lending, Commercial Lending, and Credit Risk Management.

Prior to joining AgriBank, Swanhorst was SVP of Credit at CoBank where he led credit administration and coordination for the regional agribusiness banking group across the U.S. Prior to that, Jeff's Farm Credit career was in lending and management with the St. Paul Bank for Cooperatives and he began his career as a lending officer with the Mitchell-Huron P.C.A. in South Dakota.

Swanhorst holds a bachelor's degree in agriculture business from South Dakota State University and is also a graduate of the University of Wisconsin's Graduate School of Banking.
