Confidentiality Log In Statement for the Password-Protected Section of the National Website

I acknowledge that by accepting this confidentiality statement that I am entitled to obtain access to the password-protected section of the National Farm Credit (Farm Credit) Website by virtue of my position as a current employee or current member of the board of directors of a Farm Credit System (System) entity or affiliated service entity.

I further acknowledge that I will have access to confidential and proprietary information including, without limitation, business and financial information, business methods, documents and practices, and any other information that should reasonably be considered confidential or which is designated as confidential (all of which shall be considered "Confidential Information").

I agree not to disclose to any other person or use for personal gain any Confidential Information at any time during or after my affiliation with a Farm Credit entity, unless required by law or unless Farm Credit and any affected System entities grant express written consent prior to such disclosure or use. Confidential Information does not include information that is in the public domain unless such information falls into the public domain through my unauthorized actions.
