Job Description

As a key member of the human resources team, you will be a part of AgriBank’s mission to support the people who feed the world. In this role, you will be responsible for various functions in Administrative Services including mailroom operations, invoice processing, parking and physical security, workstation services and planning, and other administrative duties. Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 1 year of related experience
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job


    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Physical Requirements

    Demonstrated, progressive experience and skills in the following areas:

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Telephone skills
  • Oral and written communication skills, sufficient to exchange information effectively with peers, supervisor and customers
  • Skill in utilizing Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook
  • Skill in establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with AgriBank  coworkers, property managers and vendors
  • Ability to work independently and with teams
  • Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace
  • Must be able to handle regular physical activity and lift up to 30lbs
  • Responsible to appropriately protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of AgriBank’s systems and data.
